Jobs at Caribbean Blinds

Due to continued growth and expansion we currently have two exciting office based roles we are looking to fill.

Sales Support

A key part of this role will be building and nourishing relationships with customers, ranging from leading architects, top interior designers and luxury property developers (who include our products in their design schemes and recommend them to their clients), to discerning residential end consumers.

You will have to provide them with the appropriate information they require, everything from product catalogues following an initial enquiry, to system recommendations for their specific application to guide pricing based on their requirements and technical specifications. Additionally you will make them aware of any current offers we are running and shows we are attending to further stimulate their interest in our offering.

An additional part of the role will be targeting potential clients in selected postcode regions across all sectors, to introduce Caribbean Blinds, generating awareness and interest in our products, increasing our customer base and ultimately sales.

You will be also be required to demonstrate the companies products at its new showsite(s), where you will discuss the advantages and benefits of our products along with what sets us apart.Caribbean Blinds Team

Trade Account Executive

You will support and motivate our existing network of trade dealers (in excess of 300) who survey, sell and install our premium range of external shading systems across the country to homeowners and businesses. You will be responsible for providing both sales support which will include providing detailed quotations, product information and system recommendations along with technical support.

In addition to supporting our existing dealers, you will contact dealers offering our competitors products, to explain the numerous advantages of them purchasing and selling our products along with targeting new dealers in alternate industries to entice them to offer our products where they compliment their existing offering.

You will also hold meetings with our trade dealers in the companies new training facilities, where you will provide the required sales (product USP's, features, benefits etc) and / or installation (survey, fixing, adjustment) training / information.


Both of these important roles require an enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking individual with the highest calibre of communication and presentation skills, an excellent telephone manner, outstanding literacy & numeracy skills and a highly organised approach. You must be able to work well on your own, as well as part of a small team.

Full training will be given, however, experience of a similar nature is advantageous. You will need to be fully converse with the use of MS Office, also using the companies in house CRM system.
