Heavy Duty Outdoor Roof Blind

Our Cayman outdoor roof blind is able to run on roof glazing of any slope thanks to its concealed tensioning system. Tear-resistant Dyneema cables tension a hi-tensile double coiled spring, which in turn keeps the fabric taut at each position. The leadrail runs within U shaped side channels to ensure the blind runs perfectly square whilst also preventing any light leakage. A range of mounting brackets allow installation to every type of glazed roof, whilst height adjustable brackets allow roof vents to be overcome. When retracted away, the full cassette casing neatly encloses the fabric ensuring a low maintenance solution.

Light & Wind Sensor

Sensor detects the ambient conditions extending your blind when a set light level is reached and retracting it when strong winds pose a danger

Rain Sensor

Sensor detects rainfall retracting your blind in wet weather to protect the fabric from pooling with water on flat roof glazing installations

Height Adjustable Brackets

Adjustable in height up to 160mm to overcome protruding roof vents and still allow them to partially open for ventilation with your blind in the extended position

Mounting Options

Face Fix
The mounting brackets which the side guides attach to are mounted to the top of glazing bars. The headbox attaches to the side guides through a lug attachment and does not require an independent attachment.
Side Fix - std
The mounting brackets which the side guides attach to are mounted side fix to an adjacent wall. The headbox attaches to the side guides through a lug attachment and does not require an independent attachment.
Side Fix - Inverted
The mounting brackets which the side guides attach to are mounted side fix to the frame of skylights/rooflights. The headbox attaches to the side guides through a lug attachment and does not require an independent attachment.
