I thought I would drop you a line to say how thrilled both my clients and myself are with the end product. The design, build quality and installation far exceeded anything we expected. Even though the project is far from complete, they (Outdoor Living Pods) both look absolutely stunning.

A special thanks goes to the installation team. Their work ethic and commitment to delivering a perfect product was amazing. Brad the project manager has such superb communication skills and a positive can do attitude, everything ran like a Swiss watch.

I would finally like to add that from my initial visit to your head office a few months ago, I knew you were the Company we could trust. We have had ours for several years now and count it one of our better home improvement projects that we use year round. In the recent pandemic it has proved invaluable as an outdoor space usable in all weathers.

I can only say we have been delighted with every stage of the process from our initial discussions with you to the installation and obviously finished patio cover. Throughout the process you have personally dealt with all our numerous questions and provided reassurance. We are really pleased with how the Outdoor Living Pod looks. We love being able to have meals in the Pod, even when the weather is inclement. We were very impressed with the installation team… who were efficient, considerate and polite. We knew how expensive the Pod would be, so were slightly apprehensive about whether we would be able to justify the cost to ourselves, however, we have been very pleased with it. It certainly came into its own on August bank holiday Sunday, when we had a party here. Our friends were very impressed… with the most common comments being ‘WOW it’s fantastic’ followed by ‘I’ve never seen anything like this- where did you find it?

Despite the slight delay in starting the installation (for perfectly understandable reasons) the project was finished on time. When designing our garden we appreciated that the UK isn’t something we can reply on. We wanted somewhere we could enjoy in the sun, but relax in the rain. After a lot of research we decided to purchase a Caribbean Blind Outdoor Living Pod. They came and surveyed it and when surveying we decided to add a central leg to split the blind up and create a doorway. It was something I’m told they hadn’t done before but was so accommodating. We introduced our client to Caribbean Blinds whilst we were working on a large scale garden landscaping project. On site we found the installation team to be fantastic – they were courteous, hardworking , knowledgeable and very efficient. The installation was completed today and both Jane and I are extremely pleased with its appearance, and from what we can see so far, the quality of the construction. Your team are a great credit to Caribbean Blinds. They worked hard, were very tidy, courteous and took great care that the installation – particularly the attachment to the house – was carried out professionally.

The innovation of this product is amazing. The flexibility the Deluxe Outdoor Living Pod offers is great with light and air when required or partial or total shade also. The concept of being able to sit outdoors also in the Spring, Autumn and Winter also appeals with the heating option and the windproof motorised shade sides. We are delighted and have no problem recommending this product.

The whole process was simple, from your initial visit to survey and explain the features available, the administration process whilst the pods where created and the installation, all on a predetermined timescale that was achieved. We would like to show our appreciation for the professional manner in which your fitters constructed out Outdoor Living Pod. The Deluxe Pod measures 3 metres x 6 metres and has the built-in lights. We had this installed earlier in the summer outside our southwest facing bifold doors. It has transformed our kitchen. Previously it was a no-go zone on hot summer days. Now it is cool and shady when it’s hot and we can open up the roof when it is overcast so we still get the light. A much more environmentally friendly solution than an air con system. We are really pleased.

We are very happy with the Outdoor Living Pod and the experience. We had high expectations and they were met… The installers were excellent, worked solidly for three days and clearly take great pride in their work. The advice and guidance was great with plenty of options and most importantly no dull sales pitches with inflated prices and ‘special’ discounts etc. the product quality is excellent and genuinely enables year round use of outside spaces. The outdoor living pod has transformed our swim spa area completely. We are now able to use our swim spa all year round. With the automated louvered roof and blinds, it has provided us with so many options to accommodate the typical British weather.

The service at the show site matched the customer service we had already experienced. Ordering was straight forward and easy. The installation team were polite and courteous at all times.
