I thought I would drop you a line to say how thrilled both my clients and myself are with the end product. The design, build quality and installation far exceeded anything we expected. Even though the project is far from complete, they (Outdoor Living Pods) both look absolutely stunning.

A special thanks goes to the installation team. Their work ethic and commitment to delivering a perfect product was amazing. Brad the project manager has such superb communication skills and a positive can do attitude, everything ran like a Swiss watch.

I would finally like to add that from my initial visit to your head office a few months ago, I knew you were the Company we could trust. Our decision was never based on price, but value for money and giving the business to a Company that could deliver. Having done detailed research on automated pergolas, you were by far away the most professionally complete Company to deal with.

The installation was completed today and both Jane and I are extremely pleased with its appearance, and from what we can see so far, the quality of the construction. They worked hard, were very tidy, courteous and took great care that the installation – particularly the attachment to the house – was carried out professionally.

We had our Outdoor Living Pod installed over the past couple of days and I wanted to write to say thank you and congratulate your team of three fitters for an absolutely outstanding job. We could not be more pleased with the finished result, the work ethic and craftsmanship of the three guys or their continued good humour and light-hearted banter over the past couple of days. I can honestly say that we could not have wished for a better team or a better result. Thrilled is not a work I use lightly but in this case, it is thoroughly appropriate. We are extremely delighted with our new Outdoor Living Pod! It looks great and is exactly what we envisaged. The whole experience from start to finish has been easy and stress-free. From the initial quote and survey through to the installation, everything has been dealt with professionally and efficiently with excellent communication. The fitters did a brilliant job and were friendly and respectful. All in all, we would be very happy to recommend Caribbean Blinds. This is a high-end product but the price is reflected in the quality and workmanship. We cannot wait to start reaping the benefits of our Pod for many years to come.

We are really pleased with how the Outdoor Living Pod looks. We love being able to have meals in the Pod, even when the weather is inclement. We were very impressed with the installation team… who were efficient, considerate and polite. We knew how expensive the Pod would be, so were slightly apprehensive about whether we would be able to justify the cost to ourselves, however, we have been very pleased with it. It certainly came into its own on August bank holiday Sunday, when we had a party here. Our friends were very impressed… with the most common comments being ‘WOW it’s fantastic’ followed by ‘I’ve never seen anything like this- where did you find it?

We have been most impressed with the service that we have received from your company, from initial consultation right through to the ordering and fitting process of our Outdoor Living Pod. It has proved even better than we expected and considerably enhances our property. We look forward to ‘needing’ the shade it will provide.
