Winter Lockdown Update

Lockdown | Corona Virus | Covid-19 | Caribbean Blinds

Following the governments lockdown announcement, commencing tomorrow Thursday 5th November and in particular guidelines that manufacturing and construction should remain open during this period, we wanted to reassure clients, that we will continue to operate ‘as normal’ with our existing enhanced safety measures in place, ensuring no disruption to our service and most importantly the safety of our employees, customers and the wider general public which is our upmost priority.

The only change to our operations will be that our main showroom along with partner showrooms at Bridgman will be temporarily closed. The only exception to this being the outdoor area of our showsite at our Head Office in Sudbury, Suffolk, which showcases all our Outdoor Living Pods which will remain open on an appointment basis.

All orders with us will continue to be delivered / installed on the original agreed date, as detailed on the order confirmation and discussed with the account / project manager looking after your project. Surveys are continuing to be undertaken with all presentations and discussions carried out outside.

If there are any changes to these details we will notify accordingly. Thank you to everyone for your continued understanding and patience during these challenging times and most importantly stay safe.
