We Love Our Customers

During a recent week long installation of a louvered roof Outdoor Living Pod with all the options (screens, lighting, heating & even speakers) to a riverside terrace at a property in Reading, one of our installers, Billy, got a very nice surprise, in the form of home baked cupcakes.

The clients children after finding out it was Billys birthday on day 4 of the install, in secret, baked with the help of their Grandma some colourful cupcakes and surprised him with them, even singing happy birthday as they brought them out to him with candles to blow out (the number of candles definitely don’t represent his age!).

We’d like to say a big thank you to Mr & Mrs R’s children for all their efforts as it certainly made Billy’s day!
