We Want Your Feedback

As a multi award winning, national company we refrain from being complacent, with 35 years in the industry we have built a reliable reputation and continuously recognise the areas where we can improve. By listening to our clients and understanding the market, we have been able to enhance our products and push our services further.

To make providing constructive feedback even easier, we have introduced product review and installation survey feedback cards, which feature a QR code that you simply scan using your smart phone to be taken straight through to our review / survey page. In only a few moments from scanning, you will have left your valued feedback which will be used to help us refine our products and services.

Our production team take great pride in the external shading solutions they produce and therefore, we want to know if our products have met your expectations. We understand time is precious so by simplifying the review process we are hoping you will be able to take the minute or two it takes to leave a review on our Google review platform. No Google email address is required (if you do not have one, you will be able to use your own email address), all you need to do is leave a star rating and any comments and that’s it.

For our dedicated installation teams, who work tirelessly installing thousands of products around the nation every year, the ten question online survey form allows them to see their performance from arrival to departure and areas where they can improve.

All feedback is valuable and welcomed. It is important for us to understand where we are excelling and where we can improve so we can continue to strive for excellence, providing premium products & service. You will find product review cards hanging from the product itself and the installation survey card is within your handover pack. If your tags have been misplaced, you can use the links below to review / feedback survey.

We appreciate your time.
