Exceptional Aftercare

One of the best ways to judge a company, is said to be by the way they deal with a problem (aftercare) and as the below comment demonstrates, following a recent service request from a client who had our Outdoor Living Pod installed at their property in Pinner earlier in the year, our post sale service is just as impressive as our pre-sale service.

Thanks for attending to the Pod and sealing the leaks etc. yesterday. The level of service and quick response is much appreciated.”

In this particular application, due to a fixed soil pipe on the façade, our Outdoor Living Pod had to be installed set forward from the property (circa 200mm). Rather than leave a void between the property and rear of the structure, we installed a horizontal alu infill panel to bridge this gap, ensuring that the client could walk from inside to out, without getting wet and to create an integrated appearance of the structure to the property.

Unfortunately, as is some times the case, the sealant used on this infill panel, did not fully set / adhere in certain places and there were a few minor leaks, which we promptly, in the space of less than a week, rectified. Whilst on site, we also checked over the entire structure and noticed that one of the motors that operates the integrated screens was a little noisier than usual so even changed this to a new motor.

When purchasing one of the finest UK manufactured external shading solutions from Caribbean Blinds, you can be sure of not just a superior quality product, but also a superior service, that is second to none, all reasons that mean we continue to grow and be successful as our clients are happy to recommend us to their friends and family, which is where so much of our business is generated.
