Due to continued growth to ensure we meet demand and provide exacting levels of customer services we are looking for additional members to join our team. Sales Support / Admin (2 roles available)
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our small office based team at our Head Office and Factory in Sudbury, Suffolk.
You will be dealing with enquiries from both our online web enquiry forms and via the telephone, inputting them onto our CRM system and communicating with the clients, including mailing brochures and providing indicative guide pricing along with answering questions and queries.
Additionally, you will be inputting client signed off orders into our NAV system and preparing all supporting paperwork that goes with the orders into production including finishing paperwork that is sent to the end client such as O&M instructions and certificates.
Finally you will support our marketing team with mailings and undertake general admin duties including filing.
Installer (2 roles available)
We are looking for a highly competent DIY-er or ex skilled tradesmen (ie carpenter/builder or alike) to join our external shading installation teams, covering primarily the South East.
You will need to be a practical hands on person with an eye for detail and accuracy. Being customer facing and normally the last point of contact for the company you will have excellent communication skills.
Heavy lifting along with drilling is involved, so you must be physically fit, plus you must be happy to staying away as many installations particular of our Outdoor Living Pods take multiple days.
Both roles offer excellent rates of pay, along with full training and support, plus company pension and bonus.
