Helpful Expert Advice

We received the below feedback from a client in Haywards Heath following the installation of our Cayman external roof blind to their conservatory last week.

” > you knew your product

> you answered all my questions even the ones I threw in to test the response

> you took into account our concerns re supporting the conservatory

> you acted professionally “

This client originally contacted us late 2014, after having experienced excessive temperatures in their conservatory during the summer, which is used as a dining room and leads open plan onto their lounge and subsequently kitchen.

When the customer organised a survey, they made it clear that they did not want any high pressure or ‘sell’ on the day, which we assured them would not happen and is not our approach.

At survey we answered in detail all the questions the client raised, including how the blind would be installed, where the wiring would run, positioning of the sensor plus service and maintenance regime including our after sales care (should something go wrong) and most importantly the solar and optical performance of the blind.

All of this information we subsequently confirmed in writing, along with our detailed quotation, enabling the client to make an informed decision, at their convenience and leisure.

As a family run business, committed solely to the field of external shading, we’re passionate and care about what we do, with an unsurpassed knowledge that enables us to provide genuine, expert advice that you just won’t receive elsewhere, ensuring the right solution for the application.
