We understand the importance of the supply chain as our Trade Dealers expect a certain level of service which is also expected by their clients, this is why it is vital for us to ensure quicker delivery times.
Our delivery team will now be making drops in regions on dedicated days to improve efficiency and avoid delays. Trade Dealers will now receive an immediate delivery date 3 working days after placing their order, this will allow the dealer to provide their customer with a prompt install date. By tightening the supply chain we will have improved the services and increased customer satisfaction across the board.
