We are very pleased with the awning installation. The guys who fitted it were pleasant, professional in their approach and very neat and tidy. From our first phone call to your company to the final fitting, we were impressed with the way we were treated and the workmanship and quality of the awning. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to our friends and family.

Right from the beginning of this exercise as a firm your communications have been excellent… you have been extremely professional and knowledgeable in our dealings. Your knowledge, patience and skill in designing just what we wanted was outstanding. No faffing about, exactly as we wanted.

The fitting team turned up on time, at 10 am and did not stop all day except when I gave them coffees! They were patient when teaching us both about the operation of the awning and already we have had a celebratory G&T with the heaters on! The remote control is simple to use and very efficient. It is a very impressive piece of British Engineering and you should be proud of what you deliver to your customers. All the very best and we look forward to many happy hours under our awesome awning.

The canopy is everything we hoped for and came in use for the first time this weekend when we had a dinner party. We were able to sit outside until the guests departed at 2 am! Your company has been very professional throughout, at each stage and with all your staff. Even better that it’s British. I would recommend you to anyone who asked.

From enquiring about having an awning to actual installation was made very easy, the two guys that installed it were professional and it was great they cleared up any mess after they had finished. Just want to say how happy we are with our awning. We have had it for about a year and have used it to keep out sun and rain. Wish we had done this years ago.

Thanks for your email, and also for your charming ‘Team’ who have made a marvellous job of installing the new awning… Not only is it beautiful, and working just as we’d hoped, but also the ‘Wifi’ control system is a dream to operate, and without chopping holes in the plaster to run extra cables. An unexpected bonus for us all here! If and when we get round to thinking about a 2^nd Blind for the kitchen window, we know where to go. I am writing to say how lucky I was to select Caribbean Blinds to carry out the project at my house. The team were brilliant a nice group of lads and so friendly. Your office staff were great also. Had the 1st-floor awning out all afternoon as was streaming into my study. Overall 110 out of a 100… well impressed. And that is not easy to achieve from me.

We are very happy with our new Cuba awning and may it provide us with many years of pleasure. Your workmen were very polite, tidy and contentious, with the right amount of being sociable. Totally happy with everything from beginning to end. We are delighted with the new awnings. The room is cooler and we are enjoying the outside shade and privacy the awnings give us.
