I would like to say that from initial enquiry to completion of the job we have been very happy with the communications received and all subsequent questions answered to our satisfaction. Rachel was very prompt getting back to me in the early stages and the installation went well last Monday. The guys were great, professional and polite. We won’t know how effective the blind will be for a few months yet, but we are confident that we will not be experiencing 30-degree temperatures in our lounge again! We are happy to recommend your company to friends and family.

I am really pleased with the external blind, my new toy :-). Others have been equally impressed. On hot days I can comfortably sit in the conservatory in direct sun and no longer worry about cats being accidentally shut in there. My initial enquiry was dealt with in a helpful and efficient manner with a cost guide provided from photos and measurements. The cost was very close to the final sum once the site survey had been completed. Other companies would only give a cost when on site and sounded like the old style of hard sales method e.g. 3 hours of talk/video. I originally had internal concertina style roof blinds which made some difference to the heat but were not easy to maintain and over time sagged dramatically. The new blind is not only more efficient regarding heat reduction but also light levels are not reduced as much. As the blind is above the roof the conservatory seems higher and less enclosed. The installation team were cheerful, focused and worked hard completing their work within the day leaving the site clean and tidy.

We are very happy with our new blinds and managed to enjoy them in the sunshine yesterday! We have been very happy with the service we have received from you (from the initial quote), your visit and then the installation team. They were very polite, friendly guys and got on with the job quickly and efficiently. We were very impressed with the team. If you could pass on our feedback that would be great.

Our new blinds look very smart and we’re waiting for the sun to come out to start using them. We are very pleased with the whole technical solution, especially after being told by other suppliers that it is not possible to install any kind of external blinds to that roof! Their advice was to go for the usual inside blinds, which was not what we wanted.

Thanks for all your help with the installation of this roller blind. Excellent customer service from start to finish, and the men who did the actual installation yesterday were both very efficient and considerate. The product itself is also excellent in terms of solar shading and night time use as a substitute curtain… I’m very impressed with how it looks – it is very compact – and how smoothly it operates.

Can I mention how terrific your team were who installed the blinds. They worked ceaselessly through terrible weather.  A very refreshing change to some of the labour we see here.

I just want to say that the blinds you have installed are incredible and have made our house habitable in the last few weeks. It has made such an amazing difference to our enjoyment of the house. We got them in just in time and can’t understand how we ever managed to live without them.

I thought I would wait a little while to see how the blind was functioning before I contacted you again but I would just like to say the external roof blind has transformed the way we use our room. The space would have been virtually unusable over this summer but the heat reduction on using the blind is incredible. Might I compliment all of Caribbean Blinds for your service levels. Excellent communication skills by all, together with making/keeping to each & every commitment. Personally I’d say Caribbean Blinds are exceptional in their commitments/communications with their clients, not forgetting what appears to be an excellent product range.

I am absolutely thrilled with the look of the blinds. The reassurance from the surveyor at the survey stage with regard to the bespoke solutions you could offer to fit our situation was for well founded, the design and finish matching the aluminium doors and windows seamlessly.  The aesthetic aspect outside is excellent and the graphite grey frame with bronze fabric looks spot on. I would not want to search any further for a better product. The work was carried out extremely efficiently with care taken to tidy up, even overnight during the installation. I would definitely recommend Caribbean Blinds to anyone.

Big thanks to the guys who installed the blinds in such a short time. They were very efficient and managed the whole process with no adverse effects on any part of the fabric of the building. They managed the electrical connections with minimal impact and finally explained the very easy instructions. They did it all with the minimum of fuss and with good humour. I’m delighted with the blinds and can’t wait to try them out properly next summer when the heat returns!

Initial response to enquiry was quick and detailed. My subsequent queries were answered swiftly and in detail on several emails. The quote matched the initial budgeted quote. No silly offers like 50% off. A competitor of yours started very high then came down in stages – it makes you think that they are trying it on to start with and see your reaction. Technical specifications provided re awning material; it made sense. Cost was far less than internal blinds. Installation leader was efficient, courteous, answered my queries and explained the operation plus do’s and don’ts. The installation looks smart and not too intrusive, easy to operate. Looks robust. Quiet.

I am very pleased with the blind (external roller blind) which is extremely good quality and already doing its job well this afternoon. I was very impressed with the whole process of purchase – from the time the surveyor spent on their visit answering many questions, the straight forward explanations of process and timeline of ordering, and the fitters who were here today – who were very polite and considerate towards the inside of the house as they came and went.
