Just wanted to say how pleased we are with our new awnings. They look fantastic and create a versatile and beautiful outdoor space – which we hadn’t expected as we were just looking for shading. I know you were more expensive than some of your competitors, but it became very clear where that additional money went – both on terms of the quality of product and the service we received from the initial phone call to final installation.  The gentleman who came to fit the awnings were efficient, pragmatic, considerate and really nice to have around. I am writing to say how lucky I was to select Caribbean Blinds to carry out the project at my house. The team were brilliant a nice group of lads and so friendly. Your office staff were great also. Had the 1st-floor awning out all afternoon as was streaming into my study. Overall 110 out of a 100… well impressed. And that is not easy to achieve from me.

Thanks for your email, and also for your charming ‘Team’ who have made a marvellous job of installing the new awning… Not only is it beautiful, and working just as we’d hoped, but also the ‘Wifi’ control system is a dream to operate, and without chopping holes in the plaster to run extra cables. An unexpected bonus for us all here! If and when we get round to thinking about a 2nd Blind for the kitchen window, we know where to go. The canopy is everything we hoped for and came in use for the first time this weekend when we had a dinner party. We were able to sit outside until the guests departed at 2 am! Right from the beginning of this exercise as a firm your communications have been excellent… you have been extremely professional and knowledgeable in our dealings. Your knowledge, patience and skill in designing just what we wanted was outstanding. No faffing about, exactly as we wanted.

The fitting team turned up on time, at 10 am and did not stop all day except when I gave them coffees! They were patient when teaching us both about the operation of the awning and already we have had a celebratory G&T with the heaters on! The remote control is simple to use and very efficient. It is a very impressive piece of British Engineering and you should be proud of what you deliver to your customers. All the very best and we look forward to many happy hours under our awesome awning.
