Along with our search for additional technicians to join our production and installation teams, we now have two openings for office based customer service representatives. Both roles require motivated, enthusiastic individuals, with excellent customer service skills including outstanding communication ability as a lot time will be spent on the phone building relationships with clients, along with a comprehensive knowledge of MS Office and the ability to use our in house CRM system plus excellent grammar and literacy skills.

The roles are:

Trade Division

You will support and motivate our existing network of trade dealers (in excess of 250) who survey, sell and install our patio awnings and canopies across the country. You will be responsible for providing both sales support which will include providing detailed quotations, product information and system recommendations along with technical support. In addition to supporting our existing dealers, you will contact dealers offering our competitors products, to explain the numerous advantages of them purchasing and selling our products along with targeting new dealers in alternate industries to entice them to offer our products where they compliment their existing offering.

Projects Division

You will be responsible for building and nourishing relationships with specifiers from garden landscapers to interior designers, discussing the benefits of them incorporating our outdoor living and solar shading products within their designs and providing them with the appropriate information they need to show their clients such as product photos, technical drawings etc, plus where applicable agreeing referral fees/commissions. Additionally you will follow up direct consumer enquiries, which will include sending out brochures with personalised letters and details of current offers. Furthermore you will attend consumer shows we exhibit at, where you will showcase our products and their benefits off to all the visitors.
