Once an installation of any of our products has been carried out, we don’t fit and forget, we write to confirm the installation is complete along with balance payment received, provide an additional electronic (pdf) copy of the Operation & Maintenance manual with product serial number and helpline details along with ask for constructive feedback on our service and product, which we duly post on here.
