Kicking Off 2024 With a Bang: Finalists at Both the BBSA Excellence Awards and GGP Installer Awards

After an extremely successful 2023, we couldn’t be more pleased with how this year has started!

Not only have we been shortlisted in three categories at the British Blind and Shutter Association (BBSA) Excellence Awards, but the Caribbean Blinds Installer Training Academy has also gained recognition at the Glass & Glazing Products (GGP) Installer Awards 2024.

The BBSA Excellence Awards seek to identify and reward the best of the blinds and shutters industry across 11 categories designed for member companies of any size. Caribbean Blinds has been announced as a finalist in all three categories entered – ‘Best External Shading Installation’, ‘Best Large Scale Commercial Shading Installation’ and ‘Best In-House Training Programme’ – with all winners to be revealed at the BBSA Ball at the Kimpton Charlotte Square in Edinburgh on Saturday 2nd March 2024.

Created by Glass and Glazing Products Magazine, The Installer Awards aim to recognise the important contributions of our industry’s installers and installer-focused services.

As a company, we have always prioritised providing comprehensive support to our installers, so to be shortlisted for ‘Best Installer Support Programme or Initiative’ is a testament to the effectiveness of our initiatives.

The much-anticipated winners of the GGP Installer Awards will be announced on 14th March 2024 at the ceremony at the Midland Hotel in Manchester.

Our Managing Director, Stuart Dantzic, said: “To be named as finalists in these prestigious industry awards is not only validation of our promise to deliver exceptional products and services, but also the hard work and dedication of the entire Caribbean Blinds team, who take pride in consistently demonstrating excellence in our installations, as well as our training.

“We are committed to maintaining the highest standards in the industry, and these nominations motivate us to strive for even greater excellence. We look forward to the winner’s announcements and hope that this will open doors for further successes in 2024. Congratulations to all the other finalists and good luck!”
