Showroom & Showsite Re-Opened

Blog

We are pleased to announce, in line with government guidelines that our showroom and showsite have today re-opened. Whilst it is not necessary to book an appointment to visit, we have made some changes to visiting us to ensure the safety of our team and visitors.

The main door to our indoor showroom will remain closed (locked). On arrival, you will need to ring the buzzer to the outside of the showroom. One of our team members will attend and prior to opening the door will sanitise their hands. On entry to the showroom we ask that you use the hand sanitiser provided and we have also made available packs of disposable masks and gloves for you to wear, should you wish. Whilst you are inside the showroom the door to the showroom will remain open for ventilation and only one customer (family) will be allowed in the showroom at any one time. If you are looking at the outdoor show gardens, the door to the showroom will remain closed.BlogDuring the visit we ask, where possible that a safe distance of 2m is maintained between you and our team. Once your visit is complete, please do use the hand sanitiser provided before leaving. Our team will wipe down all surfaces with anti-bacterial cleaner after your visit prior to the next visitor(s).

Refreshments (tea, coffee, water) remain available however these will be in disposable cups.

Whilst our operating procedures are slightly different, our team will still provide the same honest expert advice our clients expect from us and you will be able to view all our products as you would have done prior to the pandemic, just with enhanced safety measures in place. We will monitor all our enhanced safety procedures implemented and adjust them if required to ensure the highest levels of safety at all times.Blog Blog
