The Awards Streak Continues with Another Double Shortlisting

We love shiny trophies here at Caribbean Blinds, not just because they look lovely in our trophy cabinet but because they actually mean something to us all. They represent the hard work the whole team puts in and the standards we maintain, as well as recognition from elite judging panels across the UK for what we do.

This week, we received the fantastic news that we have been shortlisted as finalists in not one, but two categories at the Growing Business Awards 2022.

For the second year in a row, we have been shortlisted for both ‘Consumer Business of the Year’ and ‘Family-Owned Business of the Year’, after demonstrating a competitive edge once again, through consistent profitable growth, increased market penetration and a positive impact on the industry. We are particularly proud of this achievement as The Growing Business Awards are deemed the most credible and highly valued recognition of exceptional flourishing businesses and bring together and honour some of the UK’s most outstanding entrepreneurs and high-growth businesses.

This shortlisting reinforces that our business model is working, and our family values are being taken seriously; something we are so proud of.

We will find out if we have bagged any trophies during the annual awards ceremony on Wednesday 23rd November 2022 at the Hilton London Bankside, so we’ll need to dust off the dinner suits and polish the shoes! It is such a humbling experience to sit among some of the countries most outstanding and successful businesses and makes all our hard work worth it to have made it this far.

We have had an amazing year so far with a number of accomplishments regarding both business and industry awards. Most recently, our MD Stuart was selected for the prestigious Suffolk 100 list for 2022, while Caribbean Blinds won the Family Business of the Year awards at the East of England FSB Awards 2022.

As a family run business, we are very proud of the journey we have been on to get to where we are today, from humble beginnings, we have a created a strong foundation with the help of our dedicated team, who have been with us every step of the way.
