The Customer Journey Video

The Caribbean Blinds team are unceasingly working to look for constructive ways to make our steps and processes better to enhance the customer experience because customer satisfaction is one of our main company priorities. When a client makes an initial enquiry with us our aim is to provide them with a sound service that is hassle free so that they can relax knowing that they are in trusted hands.

Last July we posted a blog about ‘The Customer Journey’, where we had created graphic icons to explain the six simple steps it takes to enjoying a Caribbean Blinds Solar Shading product. Our design team have now gone one step further to make things even simpler, engaging and most of all fun. We have created a short stop motion film that combines music and amusement to create something visual to reflect how simple and smooth the journey with Caribbean Blinds is.

Our design team have more exciting visual projects in the pipeline to improve the customer experience to help our clients make better, more informed choices that involve Caribbean Blinds.
